Ms. Millhouse’s background is in the professional recruiting and permanent placement area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, Redlands CA. She is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) as designated by the American Staffing Association, Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) as designated by the National Association of Personnel Services.
Ms. Millhouse’s experience is varied and includes executive management, sales/marketing, human resources, engineering, accounting technology and administrative/office support functions. Training, screening and skill evaluations are just a sample of the services she offers her clients. The Total Quality Management philosophy regarding employee involvement, team building and empowerment has helped mold the CEO Inc. team into a cohesive unit to provide “complete Human Capital solutions.”
Ms. Millhouse has been honored as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women by The Mecklenburg Times in recognition of her impact on the Charlotte community. She was named to the Business Leader Hall of Fame as one of the top entrepreneurs in the Charlotte area, to the Business Leader list of Movers & Shakers, and to the Business Leader list of 2008 Women Extraordinaire, which recognizes women of extraordinary accomplishment and contribution. She was also named a 2006 Women in Business Achievement Award winner by Charlotte Business Journal for significant business accomplishments.
Ms. Millhouse’s reputation as a savvy and highly ethical business woman resulted in CEO Inc. being honored with the 2008 Charlotte Ethics in Business Award, and 2008 and 2009 Best Places to Work Awards.
